Shri H. D. Deve Gowda @ ICE

A larger than life personality and a stalwart of Indian politics, the 11th Former Prime Minister of India, Shri H.D. Deve Gowda needs no introduction whatsoever. He was previously the 14th Chief Minister of Karnataka from 1994 to 1996. He presently is a Member of Parliament in the Rajya Sabha representing Karnataka.
